Patients demanding endodontic treatment to save their teeth have been a growing number. The objective of this research is for determining the pattern of demand and treatment need for endodontic treatments at a tertiary healthcare facility in Jambi, Indonesia and for updating the dentistry reference of endodontic treatment’s demand and pattern in Indonesia. This was retrospective original research. Patients was treated at Conservative Dentistry Clinic in the top taken from January through December 2022 were reviewed. IBMSPSS Version 26 was used to analized the data. Chi-square test was used to assess the association between categorical variables. Level of significance was set at p<0.05. There were 5.940 patients age 15 to 70 years (Mean ± SD = 34,60 ± 13,06) of which 3.564 (60%) were female and 2.376 (40%) were male treated endodontic treatment. The demand of endodontic treatment was more to female patients than male. The needed of treatment was higher in female patients and escaladed by age. Prevalency of demand for endodontic treatment was in those < 40 years of age. The most frequency of complete endodontic treatment teeth was incisive central of maxilla and this was statistically significant 2 (p=0.002). Prevalence of teeth diagnosed Pulpitis Irreversible were the most frequently endodontic treatment. The findings of this research confirm some of several researches before.
