Seema Goyal has done her MBBS from Mysore Medical College & Research Institute & MPH from CIMS institute, Dehradun. She worked as medical officer from 2012 to 2016 with Ranbaxy Sanjeevani Swasthya Sewa Cancer Project, Doda, Punjab. She worked as medical officer at Urban PHC, Muktsar, Punjab from 2016 to 2020. She joined as district epidemiologist, IDSP, civil surgeon office, Muktsar, Punjab 2020 to 2022. She worked as medical officer & incharge Muktisar Guest House Welfare Association, Sri Muktsar Sahib upto 2025. At present, she is working as medical officer & incharge, RHTC, Adesh Medical College and Research Centre, Bathinda, Punjab.

Primary healthcare delivery, community medicine, public health systems strengthening, and epidemiological surveillance of communicable and non-communicable diseases in rural and urban populations. She is also interested in disease prevention, health promotion, healthcare accessibility, public health program implementation, and population-based health outcomes research.
